The following, which was held in second reading from the April 5                                                                
calendar (page 2339), was before the House:                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 281(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                                                   
     program expenses of state government and for certain programs;                                                             
     capitalizing funds; amending appropriations; making capital                                                                
     appropriations, supplemental appropriations, and reappropriations;                                                         
     making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of                                                           
     the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund;                                                          
     and providing for an effective date."                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that amendments to amendments must be                                                                        
submitted to the Chief Clerk's Office by 2:00 p.m. today.

Representative Tilton moved and asked unanimous consent to rescind                                                              
previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 1.  There being no                                                            
objection, it was so ordered.

10:10 a.m.; and so, the House recessed at 9:59 a.m.
